Membership

IPP Ketty was inducted to Rotary on the 31st July 2014, her sponsor being PP Anne Nyakunu. She has been a board member from 2015 to date, holding the position of the Fellowship Chair for three years from 2015. She was the Club Treasurer for 2018/2019, Administration Chair for 2019/2020, then Club President for the Rotary year 2020/21. In her 7 years in Rotary she has received the Rookie of the Year Award in her first year of joining, recognition certificate for Fellowship and Fundraising for 2017/2018; Eric Marques trophy for Service Above Self as well as the John Coxwell Memorial Trophy for the “Man of the Year” award both for her year as the Treasurer in 2018/2019. She has attended one Discon in Mangochi, Malawi in 2016 and the virtual ones in 2020 and 2021. She has also taken part in a lot of club projects and wheelchair handovers.
